Razer introduced two new Basilisk mice, namely Razer Basilisk Ultimate and Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed. Both mice come equipped with Razer HyperSpeed technology, which the company says is "wireless technology 25% faster than any other wireless gaming technology."
The Razer Basilisk Ultimate, which can be purchased for € 169.99, is equipped with the Focus + 20K DPI optical sensor and Smart Tracking, Asymmetric Cut and Motion Sync features.
It can save up to five profiles to the mouse's internal memory and a range of up to 100 hours at peak performance. It also has 11 programmable buttons and 14 Razer Chroma RGB lighting zones, all programmable through Chroma Studio.
Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed, which goes on sale for € 69.99, is a more affordable option in this product line. It is built with a 16,000 DPI 5G optical sensor and can be connected via Bluetooth (increases mouse autonomy to 450 hours) or via Razer HyperSpeed wireless technology (285 hours autonomy). It also has 6 programmable buttons and mechanical switches.
