Although not the dual-screen device we anticipated Microsoft would announce, the company surprised us with a version premium from Surface Pro.
Surface Pro X is the thinnest Microsoft Windows tablet ever, just 5.3mm thick. It also features a new mobile processor that Microsoft calls SQ1. According to the company, this new processor delivers more than 2 teraflops of graphic performance.
Surface Pro X also has a larger 13-inch screen than Surface Pro 7, with 2880×1920 resolution, 267 PPI and a 1400: 1 contrast ratio.
That said, Microsoft promises that Surface Pro X continues to deliver a chassis 12 inch. Surface Pro X will be available Nov. 5 for $ 999.
