Google Pixel 4 includes radar to improve touch and gestures

For months, Pixel 4 has been Google's least kept secret. Now, and during the Made By Google event, the company has officially unveiled its mobile phones, Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL, which differ in screen size and battery capacity.

Pixel 4 is the first smartphone to feature a "radar," which allows the phone to be controlled without being truly touched, even working through materials.

One of Motion Sense's most praised new features in Pixel 4 is the morning wake-up switch. As your hand approaches the phone, the radar senses it and the alarm volume decreases.

Pixel 4 comes with a 90hz OLED screen, which can automatically drop to 60hz when you're not playing, helping to save battery power. The standard version has a 5.7 inch screen while the Pixel 4 XL is up to 6.3 inches.

Pixel 4 – Camera

Google has shown what Pixel 4 cameras can do, which includes a hybrid zoom that promises to capture clearer images. HDR + is also one of the camera features of Pixel 4, making photos more realistic.

The device includes dual rear camera with 12MP main sensor and a 16MP telephoto. Regarding the processor, both the Google Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL have a Snapdragon 855, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

It will be available in Just Black, Clearly White and Oh-So-Orange colors starting October 24th, with a base price of $ 799. Remember that the previous model was never officially marketed in Portugal, and at the moment we do not know if the Pixel 4 will be.
