Carlos Gazaffi, ex-Tivit, will assume the B2C presidency of Sem Parar, an automatic toll payment company belonging to the American group FleetCor. The executive takes over the position previously occupied by Armando Netto, CEO of Grupo FleetCor in Brazil. In 2016, FleetCor acquired Sem Parar for R $ 4 billion.
“It is with great enthusiasm and energy that I begin a new challenge as B2C president of Sem Parar,” wrote Gazaffi on his LinkedIn profile. “I hope to contribute to my trajectory in technology and digital transformation, prioritizing initiatives focused on the customer experience. I am sure that this is the way to take our company to a new level”.
Before announcing the new position, Gazaffi had a long history at Tivit. At the Brazilian multinational of digital solutions, the executive dedicated 19 years, having assumed the position of president in 2018. In June, he informed that he left the company to take on new professional challenges.
Under the command of Gazaffi at Sem Parar will be the areas of Operations, Technology & Innovation, Sales, New Business Development and Products. The executive will report directly to Armando Netto, who returns to dedicate himself exclusively to the leadership of the FleetCor Group in Brazil.
Currently, Sem Parar has 5.5 million customers. The company offers automatic payment at tolls, gas stations, parking lots for malls, airports, universities and shopping centers, in addition to drive-thrus and car wash.
