Visit the exhibition Porto Urbano, by Inês Costa Monteiro
With the intention of portraying a city in movement and constant metamorphosis, and with increasingly demographic and multicultural layers, the promising Portuguese photographer Inês Costa Monteiro inaugurates the photographic exhibition "Porto Urbano". "The buildings are now rebuilt and bright, while the people who go on those walks look curiously at what is around them. Porto has always been a city where the various urban styles intersect and interconnect in a peculiar way, compared to other cities in the country "as explained in a press release, the starting point for this idea. In the nearly twenty photographs that make up this exhibition we find, more or less evident, the forces of change and movement. "My goal was to show a fresh look at this new chapter into which the city is entering, without any kind of prejudice."
